Board of Directors

Mitch Rosengarten, AAMS  President & Scholarship Committee Chair

Mitch is a Financial Advisor and Vice President of Wealth Management with UBS Financial Services, Inc. Mitch became Co-Chair of the Scholarship Committee in June of 2013 and Treasurer in November 2013.

Mitch graduated from Syracuse University in 1990, and promptly moved to NYC. While living in NYC he did volunteer work for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. In 1998 Mitch relocated to Los Angeles where he spent a large portion of his free time working for MZA Events which puts together the LA AIDS WALK. In February of 2004 he moved to Vermont for a career opportunity and to supervise the continuing health of his parents who retired to Vermont in 1989.

Mitch moved from Vermont to Maine in June of 2014.

David Sullivan  Secretary

David is a freelance graphic designer. He has put his award-winning graphic design skills to use with RBPA, designing a new logo for the organization and creating a consistent look for all print and web materials. David is currently RBPA Secretary.

His 30-year-long career includes graphic design for newspaper and magazine advertising, books, product packaging, and websites, as well as creative direction for radio and television advertising. A native of Maine, David resides in Saco.

Andrew Newman  Treasurer 

Andrew is a sales agent at Keller Williams Realty in Portland. He joined the RBPA Board as Treasurer in 2011 and became president in 2013.

After attending the University of Maine, Andrew spent the first part of his career working in retail marketing and corporate management. He held assignments in many cities across the United States, including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. He returned to Maine in the early 1990's and left the corporate world to co-found ADMedia Communications, a full service advertising and design agency, in 2004. In 2013 he shifted his focus to real estate, something he has had a longtime interest in. Andrew has been residing in Falmouth since 1999.

Cathy Campbell  At-Large Board Member

Cathy is mortgage Planner/Branch Manager/VP at Regency Mortgage in South Portland, where she originates residential mortgages, recruits new loan officers, manages branch operations, provides mortgage planning and specializes in government loan programs.

Kelly Maines  At-Large Board Member

Kelly and her family are the subject of the book "Becoming Nicole: The transformation of an American family," the inspiring true story of a transgender girl, her identical twin brother, and an ordinary American family’s extraordinary journey to understand, nurture, and celebrate the uniqueness in us all, from Amy Ellis Nutt, the Pulitzer Prize–winning science reporter for The Washington Post

Katie Snell  At-Large Board Member & Auction Committee Co-Chair

Katie works in accounts receiving/inventory control at Cozy Harbor Seafood. Katie is a strong ally to the LGBTQIA community and the daughter of Michael Snell, who — along with Steven Bridges — became the first same-sex couple to be married in Maine.
