President: Sue Davis
Soon after arriving in Maine in the fall of 2003, Sue became a member of RBPA as away to become more involved in the Portland area gay community.
Sue owns and operates her own commercial – residential cleaning business in the Scarborough area. In her “down time” Sue loves the beach, kayakingand playing golf.

Vice President: Trevor Coyne

Trevor Coyne is a REALTOR associated with Keller Williams Realty. He has more than 20 years of business experience with a varied background in financial services, marketing, market research and analytics, customer service, real estate development and management. A native Mainer, Trevor knows a great deal about the conditions, economy and those things that make Maine unique. His service area includes the greater Portland area.
Trevor has been an rbpa member since 2000, serving on the board for the past 6 years. Most recently, Trevor was the treasurer of RBPA and the RBPA Scholarship Fund, Inc. He has presided over the organizations finances and witnessed first hand the growth of RBPA over the years.
Secretary: Clarence "Butch" Fenton
One of the founding members of the Harbor Masters and current President, Butch is also a co-owner of Blackstones. By day he works at Maine Medical Center as an
instructor in the School of Surgical Technology, and is a part-time faculty member at the University of Southern Maine in the School of Nursing. Butch has been active in Nursing Education both locally and at the national level for over 20 years, with a BS Ed and a MS in Nursing.
His activities with the Harbor Masters and at Blackstone’s keeps him busy and Butch is a tireless, active member of Portland’s Gay community, attempting to assist in making Portland a great place to live as well as vacation. Butch can

Treasurer: Jim Lausier
Jim was born and raised in Madawaskawhere he worked in the family business (Bob's Servicenter) until he graduated from UMPI in 1986. He arrived in Portland to work for UNUM and moved to Peaks Island where he has lived since that time.
Jim established Lausier Family Gardens, a seasonal retail greenhouse/nursery business on Peak Island in 1995. In the off season Jim has worked for employers that include - Unum, LLBean's, InterMed,Peaks Cafe, Snell's Family Farm, Martin's Point, and I Love Flowers.
Currently,Jim serves on the board of the Peaks Island Fund, CBL sales/marketing committee, and is co-chair for a special fundraising committee for thePeaks Island Children's Workshop. Some of his interests are sleeping,eating, reading, movies, travel and gardening (except mowing the lawn).
Events: Leah Bartley
Leah is a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch in Portland Maine. She has over 10 years experience in financial services. Her specialties include portfolio management, estate planning, and domestic partner planning. She is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and has completed advance coursework in business succession planning,retirement planning and long term care insurance.
A native of Maine who has lived on and off in the Portland area since1984, Leah’s other responsibilities include being a board member of L/A Arts,Health Care Associates Committee and Development Committees for Central Maine Medical Center. She is also a Rotarian and a member of the Auburn Unitarian Universalist Church. In her free time, Leah andher partner Linda enjoy traveling, working in their flower gardens,and making homemade wine or beer.
Scholarship Chair: Stephanie Deveau
Originally from Massachusetts, Stephanie has called Maine
her home since the 70s. She works as an Account Rep for Shads Advertising, a Auburn-based promotional products company. She is able to put to use all those years of printing and advertising experience to benefit her clients.
When not at work, Stephanie and her partner, Monica, love to travel, relax, and spend time with friends and family. She is excited to be on the Board of RBPA, where her abilities as a master networker are welcomed. Stephanie can be reached at stephanie@shads.com
At Large: Rodney Voisine, MD, RPh
Rodney is a fourth generation Mainer. He is a strong supporter of RBPA's scholarship fund and Maine owned businesses. Prior to returning to Maine he was a medical director for Hospice in California and a medical director for a large biotechnology company. Rodney holds degrees in medicine and pharmacy and is the medical director for perioperative services at Central Maine Medical Center as well as a senior partner with Anesthesia Associates of Lewiston-Auburn.
He has served on many boards and is a past President of the Monterey County Medical Society. Rodney’s interests include elder care, nutrition, farming and sustainable growth. He lives in Cape Elizabeth on a small farm with his three dogs.
At Large: Marc Libby
Marc is a Home Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and has an active business assisting with mortgages in all fifty states. Having moved to Portland from Aroostook County in 1979, Marc has worked in health care, auto sales, academic recruiting and counseling adults with Acquired Brain Injuries. While living in Phoenix, Marc was involved with the Phoenix Gay Chamber of Commerce, and saw firsthand the benefit of supporting one another’s personal and professional growth within the GLBT community.
Marc is facing his 50th birthday this year, single, and is well known for his off the wall, self-deprecating sense of humor. Treat him kindly.
